in the first book,harry is getting used to life as a wizard,he suddenly thrown into being world famous and everyone knowing his name,this is weird for harry as he spent his whole life being ignored by his family,harry gets in to trouble alot with out even meaning it and then at the end of book one he comes face to face with voldemort,the man that killed his parents,who was posing as a teacher in the school,he destroys voldemort..but not for long.

In the first Harry Potter he discovers he is a wizard and starts at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardary,he befriends Ron Weasley and Hermione Grainger, Ron Weasley comes from a large family that arent very rich and Hermione Grainger is a muggle,a muggle is someone from a non wizard family and has no wizard blood, There is a boy in their year called Draco Malfoy who comes from the wealthiest family with the richest bloodline(in his opinion),and he tries to befriend Harry as Harry is very well known himself for defeating lord voldemort as a young baby,but Harry sees how rude and vulger Draco is and declines Dracos offer of friendship,this angers Draco making him hate harry,hermione and ron.

Harry Potter is an eleven year old boy,who after being orphaned as a baby  was sent to live with his mothers sister her husband and child,The Dursleys are horrible to Harry his whole life,making him live in a cupboard under the stairs and spoiling there own son dudley,they never told harry he was a wizard and that his parents were killed in a car crash when actually they were killed by a dark wizard called lord voldemort,Lord Voldemort is the darkest wizard that there is,and as harry gets older he makes it his mission to destroy voldemort.
